Mix the carrot and milk in a kadai or deep pan and allow it for a boil.
Then put it in low flame and stir it continiously
When the carrots will cooked in milk then allo5milk to reduce and thick
Add sugar, ghee and powdered cardamom in the mixture
When the milk will be reduced properly then add the cashews and switch off the burner
Serve the hot halwa or you can freeze it for some time and serve. You may also garnish with dry fruites
